STEP 1: FILL OUT YOUR INFO

We need your current contact information! It’s easy to provide it using this fillable member information form. Just click on the link and you can type your name and details right into the form, using your computer or mobile device. If you’d rather print and fill out the form by hand, please make sure you write legibly.

STEP 2: SEND US YOUR INFO

Send us your completed form! You may attach it to an email addressed to us at pemaquidtrailassoc@gmail.com. Alternatively, print it out and send it via postal mail, along with your annual dues to:

STEP 3: PAY YOUR DUES

Annual dues are $40 per dwelling or undeveloped lot. You may pay by check made out to Pemaquid Trail Association, or you may use the secure mobile payment app Venmo by directing the payment to @PTA-PemaquidTrailAssociation.

Venmo allows you to easily send funds from your bank account or debit card. When paying dues to the Association, please be sure to set the transaction to “Private” to keep it visible only between you and the Pemaquid Trail Association. You can adjust this setting when you’re about to send the payment by tapping the privacy setting (usually shown below the payment note) and selecting “Private.”
